We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Growth Bets team, driving both operational excellence and commercial success across our emerging growth initiatives. This role blends analytical rigor with business leadership and will play a key role in scaling our next big bets.
You’ll partner cross-functionally across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify growth opportunities, execute high-impact campaigns, and lead a team of Sales Representatives driving merchant adoption. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
What You'll Do
- Program Ownership & Planning: Define and drive complex programs from early planning through full-scale deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals, cross-functional teams, and operational requirements.
- Support cross-functional strategic and business planning to develop strategic concepts and translate them into detailed program and project plans, including roadmaps, funding, resource planning, and measurable outcomes.
- Track and analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities, key trends, and risks, leveraging market dynamics to inform timely decision-making and ensure goal attainment
- Design and execute merchant and eater focused campaigns; measure impact and optimize based on performance insights.
- Partner with Product, Brand, and Performance Marketing to execute strategies and drive merchant and consumer engagement.
- Support investment allocation and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Integrations, Merchant Ops, Sales Ops, Legal, Commercial) to deliver strategic initiatives that support business growth, align on goals, set priorities, and ensure consistent execution
- Build strong feedback loops between restaurant partners, consumers and tech teams, to influence product development and improve user experience, supporting the GTM of new features.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or analytics
- Analytical rigor: Proficient in SQL and Google sheets, with the ability to pull data, size opportunities, and measure initiative impact
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a strategic role in a marketplace, consultanting, or tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and translate insights into execution at scale
- Strong influencing and presentation skills, including alignment of senior stakeholders
- Track record of independently executing high-impact initiatives
- High standards and a bias toward action: comfortable working through ambiguity, driving alignment, and holding a high bar for quality and delivery
