About the role and team
At ANZ Mobility, we #GoGetIt. You’ll work on challenging problems that require deep strategic thinking to deliver for our customers and make magic in the Uber marketplace. Your work will impact customers both locally and globally; whether that's shaping strategies for high-value segments, building a more sustainable future for mobility, or pioneering new ways to boost driver engagement. This isn’t about following a playbook; it’s about writing it.
Looking to impact the way the world moves? As part of the Earner & Regulatory Ops team, you'll put this into practice by directly influencing how thousands of Aussies and Kiwis start earning on Uber every week, building and scaling new supply acquisition channels from the ground up.
You will own the strategy and execution of new supply growth programs across Australia and New Zealand, with a particular focus on leading our national Field Sales Representative (FSR) program and growing strategic partnerships that unlock new driver acquisition opportunities. You'll identify new channels to reach prospective earners, optimise existing programs, and work cross-functionally to ensure these initiatives deliver sustainable growth.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll use data to evaluate channel performance, identify opportunities to improve conversion and efficiency, and make investment recommendations that maximise supply growth. Strong analytical capability and advanced SQL skills are essential, as you'll be responsible for measuring program performance and turning insights into action.
