About the Role
This role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Uber Eats growth across some of our most dynamic and diverse markets — the Andean, Caribbean, and Central America (ACAC) region.
As a Consumer Growth Manager, you will define and lead the strategy for eater acquisition, retention, and engagement, identifying key opportunities to expand our user base and deepen customer loyalty in the Retail business. You’ll partner with local country teams, as well as regional and global stakeholders, to design initiatives that drive measurable business impact.
This opportunity combines analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong execution to accelerate growth across markets with different maturity levels. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations — ideal for a leader who can turn insights into action and scale winning ideas regionally.
What the Selected Candidate Will Do
Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute the regional consumer growth strategy to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement across ACAC.
- Design, prioritize, and roll out high-impact initiatives tailored to local market dynamics and business priorities.
- Coordinate and optimize growth and promotional budgets, ensuring efficient investment and measurable ROI.
Performance & Insights
- Analyze consumer metrics and marketplace dynamics to identify opportunities and bottlenecks.
- Translate insights into actionable plans to improve user conversion, engagement, and frequency.
- Establish performance dashboards and frameworks to monitor growth impact and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product, Operations, Policy, Communications, and Central Strategy to accelerate regional growth initiatives.
- Advocate for localized product improvements and support prioritization of features that enhance user experience.
Basic Requirements
- Immediate availability to work in a hybrid environment from our offices in Santiago, Chile
- Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- 3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth tech environment.
- Proven ability to analyze data, develop strategic recommendations, and execute effectively in complex, fast-paced settings.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Python for data analysis or automation.
- Strong understanding of budget management and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and decision-making.
- Experience with AI tools
- Prior experience in the grocery, retail, e-commerce, or rapid-delivery sectors.
