This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills (SQL, data tools, AI) with structured thinking and clear communication.
What You Will Do
- Own and monitor the performance of key rider and safety metrics, from funnel conversion to experience and marketplace impact
- Translate rider signals into actionable insights, explain user behavior, retention dynamics, and experience trends.
- Proactively identify emerging issues across markets and recommend actions to protect user experience and business performance.

- Partner with Regional and Local Operations teams to design and execute initiatives that improve rider funnel and minimize incident rates.
- Develop and maintain clear communication tools (dashboards, weekly insights, narratives) to align Product, Operations, and Marketplace teams.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree with 2 - 4 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Consulting, Marketplace Operations, Product Operations, Business Intelligence or related fields, but we will consider candidates with other backgrounds if they meet our other requirements.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and tailor messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfortable driving alignment without direct authority.
