Sobre el Puesto

La empresa está estableciendo un Equipo de Expansión de Ventas de Campo con el objetivo principal de aumentar la oferta en varias ciudades de México.

El Representante de Ventas de Campo es un rol único, ya que actúa como los ojos y oídos de Uber en el mercado. Esta posición asegura que la oferta satisfaga la demanda mediante el contacto proactivo con conductores potenciales a través de llamadas dirigidas y visitas de mercado en sitio, comunicando eficazmente la propuesta de valor de Uber.

Lo que harás

  • Identificar y encontrar prospectos (leads) de conductores que puedan referir a otros o unirse a la plataforma.

  • Actuar como la voz del socio conductor, capturando información valiosa en cada oportunidad.

  • Realizar sesiones informativas con conductores actuales y potenciales para vender la propuesta de valor de Uber.

  • Participar en campañas de llamadas salientes dirigidas a conductores potenciales o recién registrados.

  • Gestionar las interacciones con conductores actuales y potenciales para entender sus necesidades, inquietudes y metas; presentando a Uber como la solución.

  • Apoyar a los conductores durante el proceso de registro y asegurar que estén listos para realizar sus primeros viajes poco tiempo después.

  • Interactuar con los equipos de Operaciones Locales para reportar los avances.

  • Crear y aprovechar procesos escalables de adquisición de conductores que puedan replicarse en distintas ciudades.

  • Gestionar alianzas estratégicas con terceros.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro del territorio nacional. Se requieren viajes constantes.

Lo que necesitarás:

  • Alta automotivación y autonomía: Entender sus objetivos, esforzarse por encontrar formas más eficientes de hacer las cosas y no requerir recordatorios constantes para completar sus tareas.

  • Orientación a la acción: Capacidad para tomar medidas prácticas para resolver un problema o situación.

  • Habilidades interpersonales: Te apasiona hablar con la gente y lograr que se entusiasmen.

  • Adaptabilidad: Capacidad para mantener la calma y la organización en un entorno de trabajo de ritmo acelerado.

  • Experiencia previa en ventas o atención al cliente.

  • Conocimiento o experiencia en la industria del taxi será considerado un plus.
