About the Role
At Uber Health, we are transforming access to healthcare by simplifying patient transportation and care access for organizations across the U.S.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR) supporting our Health Systems segment, you will play a key role in driving growth across a defined set of strategic health system accounts. This is not a pure “white space” role — you will focus on account-based outbound, leveraging partnership channels and targeted outreach to build pipeline and accelerate adoption of Uber Health’s transportation solutions.
You’ll work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless experience from initial engagement through onboarding.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-impact, collaborative, and strategic sales environment.
What You’ll do:
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns across a defined set of health system accounts via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and procurement teams
- Leverage partnership-driven entry points and account insights to drive meaningful conversations
- Conduct discovery calls via Zoom to understand customer needs and align Uber Health transportation solutions to use cases (e.g., reducing no-shows, improving discharge efficiency, increasing access to care)
- Qualify opportunities and build a strong, high-quality pipeline within assigned accounts
- Partner with Account Executives to prioritize and penetrate high-value organizations
- Support light onboarding efforts, including initial setup guidance and early-stage troubleshooting
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ year of sales, business development, or related experience
- Experience engaging with health systems, enterprise organizations, or public sector customers
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (ZoomInfo, Salesloft/Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within healthcare or selling into health systems / IDNs
- Familiarity with GPOs, partnership-driven sales motions, or enterprise procurement processes
- Experience prospecting into large, decentralized organizations
- Understanding of healthcare transportation workflows (e.g., patient transport, discharge planning, access to care)
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline within a defined account list
