About the role and team

Uber’s Commercial Sales Enablement team equips our commercial teams with the capabilities, tools, insights, and processes needed to increase productivity, accelerate growth, and improve customer outcomes. Seismic, our learning and content management platform, helps teams access the knowledge, training, and resources they need in their daily work.

As the Senior Associate, Global Commercial Enablement Content & Learning Platforms, you will build and manage the content library and learning experiences that make Seismic useful for our commercial teams. You will partner directly with sellers, account managers, frontline managers, and Enablement teammates to understand what resources they need, which materials they use, and where recurring questions or workflows could be better supported.

Your work will include creating practical resources and templates, organizing content, building role-specific landing pages, and supporting learning delivery and reporting. You will also help teams adopt capabilities such as AI role plays, personalized content experiences, AI-supported search and answers, and digital sales rooms.

This role requires someone who combines strong content judgment with hands-on platform execution. Success means commercial teams can quickly find trusted information, use relevant resources, and complete learning that helps them perform effectively.

What you’ll do

  • Understand commercial content needs: Partner with sellers, account managers, and managers to identify recurring questions, common workflows, and gaps in available resources. Use interviews, feedback, search activity, and usage data to prioritize improvements.
  • Build practical resources and templates: Create and maintain playbooks, FAQs, job aids, account planning templates, presentations, and other support materials with Enablement partners and subject matter experts.
  • Manage the Seismic content library: Publish, organize, tag, and maintain resources so teams can find the right content for their role, market, business line, and task. Apply consistent naming, metadata, and version management practices.
  • Keep content accurate and current: Coordinate reviews with content owners, track update needs, and archive outdated or duplicate materials. Maintain clear ownership and review schedules for key resources.
  • Create role-based content experiences: Build and maintain team and role-based landing pages, curated resource collections, and personalized content experiences. Adapt navigation and content presentation based on user needs and feedback.
  • Develop customer-facing materials: Partner with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and other content owners to create approved presentations, templates, and resources that teams can tailor for customer conversations.
  • Build AI role plays and practice activities: Work with Enablement and commercial partners to create realistic scenarios, define evaluation criteria, and test feedback quality. Update activities as products, sales motions, and customer needs evolve.
  • Improve AI-supported search and answers: Structure and maintain source content to support useful search results and answer generation. Test common questions, assess accuracy and relevance, and work with platform owners to address content gaps or configuration issues.
  • Support learning delivery and completion: Build and maintain learning paths, course pages, assessments, and assignments. Coordinate completion tracking, reminders, and reporting with program owners and managers.
  • Create digital sales room experiences: Build reusable digital sales room templates and help teams curate relevant customer-facing content. Provide practical guidance and use engagement insights to improve the experience.
  • Track usage and feature adoption: Maintain reporting on content usage, search effectiveness, learning completion, and adoption of key platform features. Translate findings into recommendations for content improvements and targeted user support.
  • Support platform improvements and users: Gather requests, troubleshoot routine content and learning issues, and provide concise guidance. Partner with the Seismic system owner, IT, and vendor support on issues requiring configuration changes, integrations, or technical resolution.
