About the role and team
The Uber Eats team is looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our Global Delivery Partnerships team managing our largest global restaurant partners like Starbucks, Subway, and Domino’s. As a Global Senior Account Executive, you will use your strategic sales skills to negotiate mutually beneficial commercial terms and drive global revenue growth for our most strategic restaurant brands.
Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. This role is not about pushing a product; it’s about building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing environment where you must balance high-level strategy with the "messy" reality of global execution. If you’re resilient, resourceful, and energized by the high stakes of managing multi-market initiatives, this is where you’ll grow.
What you’ll do
- Oversee the commercial relationships of our global brand partnerships, creating strong perspectives on global brand health and areas of optimization.
- Navigate the complexity of "thinking globally and acting locally" to align global commercial terms with the unique needs of different regional Uber marketplaces.
- Achieve brand growth goals by pitching and driving adoption of new products and marketing investments, using creativity to differentiate our offerings in a crowded market.
- Build and maintain deep trust with C-level executives and key decision-makers, serving as the primary point of contact for their most critical business challenges.
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to unblock hurdles and ensure our global partners’ needs are reflected in our internal roadmaps.
- Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, from intense negotiations and contract renewals to tracking the long-term analytical impact of joint business goals.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of full-time experience in end-to-end Enterprise sales and/or partnerships.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience leading high-stakes negotiations and conversations with executive-level external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into or working with large, complex enterprise brands within food delivery or third-party marketplaces.
- Proven ability to utilize data to quantify opportunities and influence decision-makers during tough negotiations.
- A "go-getter" mentality with the resilience to navigate the ambiguity of a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- Collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority across engineering, product, and operations teams.
- Experience in ad sales, marketing, or business development at a leading restaurant or CPG brand.
