About the role and team
Sales at Uber means navigating ambiguity, earning trust fast, and solving problems that don’t come with a script. As an Account Executive for Eats SMB, you will bridge the digital and real worlds by bringing the best local and regional restaurants onto the Uber Eats platform, creating a tangible impact for earners and communities. This role is about more than just selling a product; it is about building long-term partnerships in a fast-changing environment where your success is measured by the growth you drive for our partners.
The pace here is intense and requires a "go-get-it" attitude to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding. You will face the messy reality of cold-calling and navigating tough negotiations, which requires resilience, resourcefulness, and grit. If you are energized by the challenge of hitting ambitious targets and thrive in an environment where you must figure things out as you go, you will find tremendous purpose here.
