Uber Eats is seeking an Account Management Lead to lead our high-performing, on-the-ground regional team responsible for Greater Manchester. Based in our North UK Hub in central Manchester, this role plays a key leadership role in shaping our regional commercial strategy to ensure we build the platform of choice in Greater Manchester for restaurants and eaters.
The role is focused on accelerating growth across Greater Manchester, leading a dedicated account management team that manages our most important local merchant partners. You will need to balance deep commercial insights, local nuance and deep empathy for your team and partners to drive the business forward, ensuring our top partners consistently succeed on Uber Eats.
As an Account Management Lead, you will provide hands-on leadership to your team, turning real-world complexities into strategic opportunities and results. This role requires high visibility on the ground—setting the standard for execution, local experience, and navigating ambiguity to solve the multifaceted intersection of technology and real-world application.
We’re looking for a commercially minded, people-first leader who truly understands the local Manchester business landscape and food scene, allowing them to inspire teams, build structured commercial processes, and remain relentlessly partner-focused. You’ll bring first-hand experience in fast-growth, client-facing environments, acting as a strong collaborative thought partner to both your team and senior regional stakeholders.
