About the role and team
Uber for Business is looking for a sharp, highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the CPG, Retail, and Heavy Industry verticals. This is a role for a "hunter" who can navigate the complex, often messy world of large-scale corporate logistics and turn ambiguity into growth. You won't just be selling a platform; you'll be reimagining how the largest companies in the region move their employees and goods—from late-night shift commutes to high-volume voucher campaigns for the automotive industry.
Commercial Ownership: Drive complex, end-to-end sales cycles, closing high-value corporate accounts.
Product Collaboration & Vision: Work at the intersection of sales and product development. You will translate client pain points, industry gaps, and market insights into actionable feedback, helping co-create and refine new product offerings tailored to complex verticals.
Strategic Business Partner: Act as a strategic advisor internally and externally, combining a long-term business vision with deep domain knowledge to shape localized go-to-market strategies and build tailored solutions that scale.
Working here means solving high-stakes problems in real-time. You’ll need to balance short-term execution sprints with a long-term vision for whitespace accounts with over 5,000 employees. The pace is fast, and the expectations for ownership are higher. Success requires a blend of strategic thinking to break into new territories and the grit to push through long, multi-stakeholder contract negotiations. If you’re energized by the challenge of tailoring consumer-loved products like Rides and Eats into mission-critical business solutions, this is where you’ll grow.
