About the Role
Uber for Business (U4B) is looking for a GTM Strategy Lead, also known as a Sales Operations Lead, to drive some of our highest-impact strategic initiatives across Sales and Revenue Operations. This role sits within the RevOps organization and focuses on two critical areas: leading the commercial integration of acquired businesses into U4B and shaping the go-to-market strategy for emerging growth opportunities.
This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can align diverse stakeholders around a common vision, and enjoys turning complex business challenges into scalable operating models. You'll work closely with leaders across Sales, RevOps, Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Business Development to ensure new businesses and growth bets are successfully brought to market.

For Canada-based roles: The base salary range for this role is CAD $123,000 per year - CAD $137,000 per year.
You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
