About the Role

We are looking for a Website Marketing Strategist to own and evolve the Uber for Business website into a best-in-class, global growth engine. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, and you will be responsible for defining how millions of businesses —from SMBs to global enterprises— and business riders experience Uber for Business for the first time.

This is an execution-oriented, hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable developing strategy, diving into a CMS, and leveraging website data to drive business priorities forward. You will be responsible for defining the global web strategy, running high-impact optimization experiments, and improving the end-to-end web journey.

You are a forward-thinking planner capable of building a sustainable 6–12 month strategic roadmap while simultaneously keeping your finger on the pulse of the latest MarTech innovations to keep our web experience ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Do

Drive Web Strategy & Evolution: Continually optimize and evolve the Uber for Business website to reflect our brand story, treating it as a dynamic, experiment-driven product that guides businesses at all stages of the decision-making cycle.
Optimize the Customer Journey: Continuously improve the end-to-end digital web journey from first touch through dashboard sign-up and product activation.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with the technical web and engineering teams to drive information architecture, identify infrastructure gaps, and ensure robust website functionality.
Organic & Search Presence: Support SEO/AEO/GEO strategy, ensuring Uber for Business shows up prominently where businesses are actively looking for solutions.
Roadmap & Prioritization: Lead brainstorm and prioritization exercises to define business requirements and manage a short-, mid-, and long-term roadmap for our global web footprint.
Campaign Integration: Collaborate across Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure web experiences perfectly align with product launches, incorporate strong value propositions, and support paid acquisition campaigns.
Data & Analytics: Establish clear measurement frameworks and global reporting to monitor growth metrics, analyze performance data, and turn insights into actionable web optimizations.

Basic Qualifications

5-7+ years in B2B marketing with a proven track record in web/digital marketing, ideally in global, multi-market web strategy.
Strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and treating the website as a scalable conversion engine.
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

An extremely proactive, self-starter mentality with excellent organizational skills and a genuine excitement for turning data into business growth.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and put together global web recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-first attitude.
Proven experience working with modern marketing technology stack (personalization tools, A/B testing platforms, CMS systems, and AI-driven web solutions), managing information architecture, and executing modern SEO/AEO/GEO practices.
Ability to drive qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesize website data into insights, and present clear, data-driven recommendations to leadership.
Experience designing, prioritizing, and executing a comprehensive 6–12 month strategic roadmap that aligns with overarching business goals.
Comfortable managing and aligning a diverse group of cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Sales, and Regional Marketing) toward shared web objectives.

For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $132,000 per year - USD $147,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $132,000 per year - USD $147,000 per year.

For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
