About the Role
Uber Eats Japanでは、国内のSMB（中小規模）における「ローカルヒーロー（地元で人気のレストラン）」の信頼されるアドバイザーとして、ビジネスの成長とイノベーションを牽引するリーダーを募集しています。
このポジションは、SMB事業における重要セグメントのレストランパートナーに対し、エンドツーエンドの体験を管理する重要な役割です。新規獲得したブランドのスケールアップや、地域で認知度の高いブランドとの戦略的提携を通じ、パートナーと当社の双方にとって長期的な成功を築くことがミッションです。
Your Impact in Role:

アカウント管理： 80〜100社の特定レストランパートナーを担当。経営層（C-level）との交渉から、将来的なデリバリー機会を議論するための窓口開拓まで幅広く対応します。

関係構築： パートナーと強固で長期的な信頼関係を構築・維持します。

データ駆動の課題解決： 週単位（WoW）でビジネス状況を把握し、潜在的なシグナルを特定。データに基づいた思考でパートナーの課題を早期発見し、解決に必要なリソースやサポートを提供します。

戦略立案： マネージャーやリーダーシップチームと協力し、日本における「SMB Hero」機能の未来を形作ります。

クロスファンクショナルな連携： オペレーション、マーケティング、カスタマーサポートなどの他部門と連携し、プロジェクトを推進します。

進捗管理： ステークホルダーに対してタイムリーに進捗を共有し、必要に応じて軌道修正を行いながら、目標達成に向けて確実に遂行します。

目標達成： 月次・四半次のセールスノルマの達成、またはそれ以上の成果。
The Experience You’ll Bring:

営業経験： 急成長企業での3年以上の営業経験、およびソリューション営業の経験。

コミュニケーション： リーダーシップ層のサポートを受けながら、SMB企業の経営層と交渉・意思疎通ができる能力。

マーケットプレイスの理解： プラットフォームビジネスのエコシステムに対する理解。
-
マインドセット： エネルギッシュで、地域社会をより良くしたいという意欲がある方。
-
語学力： 日本語が流暢であること。英語は少なくとも読み書きができるレベル。
歓迎される資格・経験

日本の外食業界における広範なネットワークや実務経験。

他部門（XFN）を巻き込んだプロジェクトマネジメント経験。

ビジネスレベルの英語力。
