Next, you’ll meet the person leading the work. This is where we go deeper—your skills, your decisions, and how you approach problems that matter at scale. You’ll also get a clear view of the team, the challenges, and what success looks like.
For technical roles, this step looks at how you build and solve. You may work through a shared problem or real scenario with an interviewer—collaboratively, in real time. It’s about thinking clearly, working together, and building for the real world.
Some roles include a job-related exercise. This might be an analytics task, written exercise, portfolio review, or work simulation—designed to reflect the kind of challenges you’d tackle here, not hypothetical ones.
You’ll meet teammates and cross-functional partners. These conversations focus on collaboration, decision-making, and how you contribute in fast-moving, real-world environments. If you’ve completed an exercise, you may walk through your thinking or present your work.
Our Recruiters partner closely with the hiring team to review your performance against specific job criteria. The team works together to reach a decision, and your Recruiter will be in touch about the outcome. Fingers crossed!
