Virtual interviews
Before your interview: Download Zoom, test the link in your invite, and ensure screen sharing and video permissions are enabled (check macOS and Chrome/Zoom settings). Contact your Talent Coordinator if you experience technical issues. If you’ve received a CodeSignal or HackerRank link, log in and have it open in advance.
On the day: Set up in a quiet, well-lit space with no distractions. Test your camera, microphone, and internet connection, and use headphones for better audio quality.
Right before the interview: Silence your phone, plug in your device, have water nearby, and join a few minutes early. Do not use video filters, background effects, or screen overlays.
Important: While we embrace AI in our work, do not use any external assistance during the interview process. This includes search engines, documentation sites, collaboration with others, or AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar.
Be pitch ready: Have your elevator pitch ready to answer the classic: "tell me about yourself". Give an overview of your career and top accomplishments.
