About the Role
The Growth on Existing Manager for Mid Market, is responsible for leading a team of Growth Account Executives focused on driving expansion, retention, and long-term customer value across Uber for Business' existing Mid Market customer base.
This leader will be accountable for building a high-performing organization that consistently exceeds commercial goals while delivering exceptional customer outcomes. The role requires balancing strategic leadership with operational rigor, ensuring the team effectively prioritizes opportunities, executes account growth strategies, and develops strong executive relationships across customer organizations.
Beyond delivering results, this individual will be responsible for developing talent, building scalable processes, and creating a culture of accountability, customer obsession, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a strong commercial leader who can translate business strategy into execution, drive organizational change, and scale impact through others.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Business Development, or related commercial functions.
- 2+ years of experience directly managing quota-carrying teams.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets through teams.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning experience.
- Experience managing complex enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing talent.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven business decisions.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience leading Growth, Account Management, or Customer Success organizations within SaaS, Marketplace, Mobility, Travel, Logistics, or Technology companies.
- Strong understanding of land-and-expand commercial motions.
- Demonstrated success building teams, processes, and operating models in high-growth environments.
- Experience managing organizational change and scaling commercial teams.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Growth mindset with a passion for developing people and creating future leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong business acumen across Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and Travel-related customer functions.
