In many countries, including the U.S., Uber provides a comprehensive medical insurance plan for you and your eligible dependents. Where it is not applicable, we offer an allowance to support your medical insurance costs. In the U.S. and other countries, Uber also provides life and disability insurance for all eligible employees. Talk to your recruiter to learn about country-specific coverage.

That’s why Uber offers a range of time off and leave options that vary by location, including paid time off, sick leave, marriage leave, bereavement leave, voting time off, and local holidays—so people can take care of life beyond work. For example, US employees receive all of these except marriage leave.
